Grocery shopping and delivery before you arrive: click here to select groceries

(renter is responsible for grocery cost)

 

1-25 grocery items delivered for $75 + the cost of the groceries

26-50 grocery items delivered for $100 + the cost of the groceries

Over 50 grocery items delivered for $125 + the cost of the groceries

Turn on air conditioning to requested setting $5

Patio cleaning (hosing off patio and dusting off patio furniture) $25

Reservations for restaurants, spa or golf - $5 each. Based on availability.

Transportation/ transfer reservations to and from airport $5 each*

Other services available upon request (additional fees may be required)

Package Prices:

 The R and R special - $90 per visit

  • 1-25 grocery items delivered + the cost of the groceries
  • Turn on air conditioning to requested setting
  • Patio cleaning (hosing off patio and dusting off patio furniture)

 Deluxe Package $700.00 in Season 11/1 - 4/30 and receive
(Good for 6 visits during season Nov thru April tranferable to renters)

  • 1-50 grocery items delivered + the cost of the groceries
  • Turn on air conditioning to requested setting
  • Patio cleaning (hosing off patio and dusting off patio furniture)
  • Turn water on or off
  • Reservations for Dining, golf, spa, excursions and transportation as available
  • Available for second home owners or your visiting tenants

Comforts of Home

Set thermostat to your liking, turn water on and clean patio $45

 Comfort of Home Special - 6 Months, Nov-April (transferable to renters)

  • Set thermostat to your liking, turn water on and clean patio $250

Property Care

We will inspect properties once a week for damage and or theft $25

Comments:

*Price for booking service only, does not include actual transportation costs

Additional Services

House cleaning, excursion, event planning etc... available. Please call for a quote for these services.

Delivery message and timing
All service's will be completed within 24 hours prior to your specified arrival time.

Refund policy
There will be no refunds once services have been completed. If all specified services have not been completed a partial refund may be issued. A full refund will be issued on all services cancelled with a minimum of a 48 hour notice. If cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival time a partial refund may be issued. There will be no refunds on grocery's purchased within 24 hours of your arrival time. Your credit card will be billed within 24 hours of completed services.

Privacy Policy
We will not share or sell your information to any person or company. Services in need of names and contact numbers for confirmation such as: transportation, housekeeping, ticket purchase's, golf, spa treatment's or reservations of any kind will be given necessary info.
